CMS has partnered with Real Estate Investors and Institutional Developers to offer an exciting new Build To Suit program for clients with business plans calling for aggressive growth.
Our partnerships allow us to purchase the site you want and construct a facility to your specifications with no up-front cost. We take responsibility for the construction and financing. This includes every aspect of the project except capital equipment and branding requirements.
CMS's team of architects and engineers facilitate and expedite permitting. Then our experienced onsite supervisors handle every aspect of construction, ground up, from site purchase until you take possession. This includes working in tandem with your with equipment suppliers to assure proper installation. Our partners finance 100% of the cost of the property and build out with the exception of capital equipment and branding. The program requires a minimum 10 year NNN lease with no payments due until after your acceptance of the facility.
